Sam is truly a play-maker. She creates opportunities nearly every time down the field.
Sam started as a freshman for Annandale H.S. in the tough Patriot League. She played center-mid
and was clearly the dominant player on the field.
Sam previously played for the U-16 SYC Spirit, State Cup champs in 2002, then moved briefly to the
U-15 Annandale BGC United. Sam moved to the SYC Galaxy and has been a superb player and
leader as team captain. She was offered a scholarship to Univ of South Alabama where she became the first
freshman to the lead the team in scoring.
